In order to ensure that your child is supported to make the best possible progress and that you and your child feel safe and secure on the premisses, please work with us in all areas of support.

We ask that you do not use your mobile phone within the setting.
 
If you have concerns about another child’s behaviour, please talk to a member of staff not to the child or their parent/carer. If you communicate with us about your concerns that you may have, we will treat the information with confidentiality.
 
If you are unable to collect your child and someone different is going to pick your child up, in order to protect them please inform us in advance as we will not allow them to go with anyone we do not know. In the event of a last-minute unavoidable delay please telephone and give us the name of the person who will be collecting them, and a password to identify them. When the person arrives, they will then be asked for their name and password; only if these correlate with what you told us or in your file, will they be allowed to take the child.
